Removing links

Removing links breaks the Meridian Project Portal relationships between the linked items. Unlinking documents from folders causes the documents to no longer be seen in the folders.

To remove links:

1. View the property page of one of the linked items as described in Viewing and editing document properties or Viewing and editing folder properties.

2. If the item is a folder, in the ribbon, in the Folder group, click Unlink.

   OR

   If the item is a document, in the ribbon, in the Document group, click Remove links.

   A page appears that lists the linked items.

3. Select the items that you want to unlink and click Unlink document or Unlink folder. The property page refreshes to show the unlinked items have been removed.
